To give you an example of this, my New Year’s resolution was to start using a day planner and utilize the calendar on my blackberry so I will know where I am suppose to be. The weird thing is I am pretty good at delegating work to different people. My biggest problem is double booking, forgetting a meeting, or just so busy I can’t keep anything straight. They are the ones who implement the purpose of the company; mission statement. The senior management has the capabilities to utilize lower management’s ideas as well. They are over what happens within the company as well as what happens outside of the company.<br> The mid-level management follows the senior management’s vision and set up goals.
