Q:For Italy71 I need help on DQ 1 week 3 XBIS for particapation. Heres the original question. Below I need feedback on the students DQ 1 response.
Original question: Define e-business and e-commerce. How are they similar? How do they differ? Can the two terms be used interchangeably?
I need feedback on this students DQ 1 below.
E- business is business interactions between companies and individuals to buy and sell products via the internet and provides customer satisfaction. It is also the way businesses interact with other businesses. E-commerce is business and transactions on a global scale via the internet where businesses and individuals can buy, sell, exchange, and transfer products or services. E-business and E-commerce are similar in the way of both refer to the process of buying and selling goods and services via the internet. Customer service and satisfaction is the common goal for both internet transactions. E-business and E-commerce are differnt in the way of E-commerce provides a variety of transactions between individuals and companies.These transactions are business to business, business to consumer, and consumer to consumer transactions via the internet. E-commerce also have some technological limitations and non-technological limitations. Both terms can be used interchangeably because they are so similar with one another in the process of buying and selling, and providing satisfaction.
