Q:

The consensus model assumes that we share a basic value system. As our country becomes more and more diverse, how do you think this affects the consensus model for our criminal justice system? Does the changing face of America and the growing minorities becoming majorities mean that our justice system will change also? Or, do we all still share a basic value system?
