Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â I have learned that working with teams is really what you make of it. When working in teams I found that each team tends to have positive and negatives. I learned that you will have your hard workers on a team and then the ones that tend to slack off a bit. I have also learned that there will be leaders and followers. I found that I am very persistent person and like to get my work completed early. Teams need to set a schedule as well as rules for everyone to follow.
