I learned that you will have your hard workers on a team and then the ones that tend to slack off a bit. I have also learned that there will be leaders and followers. I found that I am very persistent person and like to get my work completed early. Teams need to set a schedule as well as rules for everyone to follow. Having a schedule and rules helps to keep everyone up to date and in action. Â Â· How has your work ethic played a role in your teamâ€™s successes or failures? Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â I believe in all honesty that my work ethics has played a huge role in our success. I have tried to get each individual involved in our team projects by sending them numerous messages and emails day after day.
