Consumers will be more likely to clean their investment with a car wash product that uses a touch-free system rather than the traditional tunnel car wash. The product comes across as being safer for your car by preventing scratches. The self-serve car wash business plan also includes information about setting up deals with the local car dealerships to have their cars cleaned by the touch- free car washing system. It also seems that the dealerships would be happy to use their services since it is supposed to be a “touch- free and spot- free” car wash system. They would not want to scratch a new car before anyone purchases it. I feel that the self- serve car wash has many opportunities because they are using new technology for the company so they are much more advanced than their competitors.      A threat to the company includes a lack of customer service.
