Law question!

How will the movement of workers considered to be part of the growing international business as a globalization?

( Human right, Visa, passport, Compliance with Visa Obligations, Regulation of Foreign workers, Application of home State Labor Laws Extraterritorially )

Business is mearging the world, I would like to know a good point of the movement of worker, of how will help the internaitonal business. And if it has the disadventage side, please address that also.
