Q:Only Section 2 is due now.
For this project, you will create a strategic plan for the organization Schering-Plough Corporation.
When considering your plan:
• Picture yourself as advising the key decision makers.
• Reflect upon the organization's self-imposed limitations.
• Think creatively of new possibilities which match the organization's internal and external environment.
• Ask yourself how your plan can make a difference within the organization and beyond.
Successful strategic plans have been written for businesses, religious groups, schools, governments, specific departments, the military, not-for-profits, and political organizations.
Section 2 – Application
An application section describing the results of applying at least three appropriate strategic management tools to the organization.
Section 3 – Analysis
An analysis section where, based on the results of the diagnostic strategic management tools, you analyze at least two strategic challenges and/or opportunities.
Section 4 – Conclusion
A conclusion containing at least three strategic options and implementation suggestions for the organization. You must also discuss the drawbacks and benefits of each option.
Length min – 14 pages.
