Visit the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Web site at http://www.cms.hhs.gov/ Who is eligible for Medicare? Who is eligible for Medicaid? What range of health care benefits are covered by each? What do you feel should be covered that is not covered? Are there certain health care benefits you feel should not be covered by Medicare or Medicaid? Explain your answer.

However, I wanted to give you this heads up.. people generally don't like to answer 1 dollar questions that take them more than five minutes to answer.
