Q:
Hi, Everyone:
According to the writers of Technical Writing: Process and Product, they ask a very important question: In technical writing, are words your only concern? As we all know from the reading, the answer is “no!” As technical writers, we must take into account how our documents are visually appealing. The text states, “Ugly blocks of unreadable, unappealing text will get you and your company in trouble. Remember your purposes in technical communication” (pg. 252).
Class: As technical writers assembling a manual, what type(s) of challenges have you faced during your writing, and how did you manage to overcome it?
