Q:

I am looking for a essay comparing the American correctional system with that of Scotland correctional system. Things to include:

Type of system and institution, management, population and privatization, security levels, prison life, viewpoint on rehabilitation and programs, type of parole system, view on probation and community corrections, and important reformation-type amendment that significantly changed the rights of the prisoners, similar to the Eighth Amendment reform.

Make sure all citations are used APA style.
