rior to preparing this checkpoint be sure to read Chapter 12 in The Courts in our Criminal Justice System.

Imagine you are an employee at your local court house and you have been asked to inform a group of potential jurors about the activities that occur before a trial, including the jury selection process.

Create a 5-7 slide power point presentation in APA format visually representing the pre-trial activities. Be sure to explain the importance of these activities to help potential jurors understand the process.

Include detailed speaker's notes and post your checkpoint as an attachment to your individual forum when completed. Try and remember what tips were provided on previous presentations in order to improve on this presentation.
