Q:You are the HR professional for the Smith & Jones Candy Company. You have been asked to revise performance evaluations, which are currently done manually using paper forms. The evaluations are completed once a year, but because the manual process takes a long time to complete, it usually takes 14 months for the process to be finished. The company has 50 employees and consists of administrative management, line supervisors, and hourly employees. Assume you are new to this company.
