Hello!

(a) Form the dual problem.
(b) Write the intitial system for the dual problem.
(c) Write the initial simplex tableau for the dual problem and label the columns of the tableau.

Minimize C = 12x1 + 5x2
Subject to 2x1 + x2 _> 7
3x1 + x2 _> 9
x1,x2 _> 0

The underlines go directly under the greater and lesser than signs. The ones and twos are lower exponents.
