Q:Ok this is just a question. I am not willing to pay. Please answer for free. I have been trying to withdraw my money but it says i have to send something for the IRS. OK no problem but when I try to Fax it it will not go through, then I mailed it it came back. What can I do. How can I get my money?? I have been saving it for Christmas and now I cant get it. Please for those who have been through this be kind and help me.
