Q:
Deliverable Length: 2-3 pages (does not include cover page or reference page) Details: IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not try to answer the questions in this project or prepare your paper until AFTER you have completed the Unit 2 Activity.
To access and complete the Unit 2 Activity click on the Course Materials link on the navigation bar that runs down the left side of the virtual classroom. Select and click on the next link titled Unit 2 Multimedia Course Material link and finally click on the "activity" icon.
Note…there are FIVE scenarios within the Unit 2 activity. Your goal is to try to identify the most applicable decision concept (from our learning in Unit 2) for each scenario, support your conclusions, and then provide a summary analysis about what you’ve learned.
(There are two (2) parts to this project. Your research paper should address each one fully and thoroughly.)
Part 1: Review and analyze each situation (there are (strong>FIVE scenarios within the Unit 2 activity). For each situation you need to identify the applicable decision concept (you may select from any theory, principle, paradox, or effect from our learning in Unit 2) that you believe to be present. Support each of your findings by explaining (“how” and “why” you arrived at each conclusion. In other words, identify the information that helped you select each concept for each situation). Separate out your findings for each of the five situations in separate paragraphs (don’t put your findings and support for all five situations in the same block paragraph).
Part 2: Do the decisions we make always need to be rational? Under what circumstances are we (decision makers) likely to make irrational choices?
Make sure you reinforce your work with suitable references from the text book and other authoritative and credible references, which must enhance the quality of your response. In the process please use correct APA citation style.

For this project you will need to do some independent research (in the AIU library or on the internet) on group decision dynamics.
Group polarization, groupthink, conformity, and other group decision concepts we’ve learned about and researched, help us understand the sway that others, particularly group leaders, can have on groups. However, one facet of group behavior that is often overlooked is the concept of "responsibility."
Post an answer to the following questions:
If people can be persuaded by the ideas of another person, in your opinion who ultimately holds responsibility for the actions of the group: The person with the ideas OR each individual group member? Make sure you provide information to explain how you arrived at your conclusion AND provide an example in your support.References are to be provided in APA style.
