Q:
Can someone please help me?

How do juvenile rights differ from those recognized in the adult system? Should there be a separate justice system for juveniles, or should all juveniles be dealt with in the adult system? Explain your answer.

What factors do you consider to be most important in the creation of juvenile sentencing law?
