Q:
Explain how a claim by United against the FAA for failure to properly notify of a ground hazard at Eppley Airport(Omaha, NE) would work. I am looking for procedure here. Where do they file? Who answers? Who investigates the claim? How long can the government take to answer the claim? Can United file suit in US District Court? If they, can where? The WHOLE procedure!
