Hello! If anyone could assist me with this it would be greatly appreciated. Plese refer to the instructions, and see the attachment.

After reading the Request for Proposal (RFP), identify the purpose and the problems, which are the basis for this proposal....between 700 and 1,050 words in length. This should be in APA format.
