· Complete the University Library tutorial:
1. Log on to your Student Home Page.
2. Under My Learning Resources, select Tools & Tutorials.
3. Click Library.
4. Under Library Services on the right side of the page, click Complete the Library
Tutorial.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the tutorial.
· Consider the steps you should follow to complete a general search for reliable sources.
· Follow those steps to locate five to eight sources for your research paper. At least three
of these sources must come from the University Library.
· Format your sources according to APA guidelines at the Center for Writing Excellence:

· Determine what makes each source credible or not credible. In addition to the steps you
should follow to determine the credibility of a source, be aware of any biases or fallacies
in the materials.
· Explain what information you think you will be able to use from each source.
