Q:so my Doctor thinks that I have this Fibromyalgia, I am not so sure. I have chronic pain from my shoulder blades up my neck to where my neck connects with my skull. I have terrible headaches all day every day it not only is painful but there feels like a ton of pressure nothing helps, the only thing that does help is when I roll my neck and it pops it relieves the pressure for like 30 seconds then goes back to being painful and tons of pressure.I have also just recently been dx with OSA(sleep apnea) so I have a cpap machine now to use when I sleep which worked for about the first week now nothing, I am tired all day and feel like I have never actually slept. We have tried everything from steroids to muscle relaxers and low dose pain meds every medication works for a few days and then goes back to being painful. We have even tried physical therapy which works for about 15 minutes after I leave the PT. The PT also asked if I was in an accident or something because that area is so tight and painful to touch after about 2 months of PT it still hasn't helped. Don't get me wrong I have a good day once in while but my head still hurts. I know no one can dx me on here just thought maybe someone had any idea's I am at my witts end and not sure what to do next. HELP????????????????
