Background Investigations<br>After an interviewer is satisfied completely with an applicant and their opinion is that the applicant is potentially qualified the information that was provided by the applicant such as references and previous employment needs to be investigated to validate it’s truthfulness and also to head off any potential problems that may arise such as theft of merchandise or violence in the workplace.
