Prepare a 700-1,050-word paper in which you describe the role of the United States Constitution and the United States legal system in business regulation. Find and discuss a recent news article, which demonstrates how a Constitutional right affects a business and how the legal system is used with respect to recognizing or protecting that right. Be sure to identify the section(s) of the U.S. Constitution involved in discussing these rights.
