Proper planning of staff levels requires an evaluation of both present and future needs of the organization. These can be compared to the present and future resources and predicted resources. Balancing these is key to successful management. A satellite vision plan for 1,3, and 10 years in advanced can be assessed of the employees at hand and their circumstances and individual situations whether it be retirement, part time employees, skill levels, potential, character, etc. In the assessment plan amendments can be adjusted for normal turnover rates, promotion or demotions. The human resources department is responsible to address these issues, because we will take aggressive action against anyone that violates these policies. <br> Every person has a right to his or her own privacy, including the patients. However, using company equipment, such as computers and telephones, the company has a right to monitor that usage. The equipment is designed to give functionality to your position, and not to perform personal business while on duty. The company can retrieve sending a personal email or anything electronic, because it is the property of Dekalb Medical. Privacy is also a concern of our patients. Personal health information (PHI) may not be disclosed to anyone without the written consent of the patient. This is according to federal laws and must not be taken lightly.
