Okay, so i have this php code and it's not working for some reason. When I test it in the browser, it's showing code on the page that shouldn't be shown (particularly in the if/else statements and the text input box). If someone can please take a look at this and let me know what I'm doing wrong, I will really appreciate it (see attachment). Thanks!!!
