Q:Okay, I really REALLY need help with this MySQL/PHP assignment. It's due on Sunday and I am TOTALLY confused about everything. My friend aided me in creating a MySQL database for part of this assignment but I am really not sure how to pull everything together now. I've written some kind of PHP code attempting to do what is asked in the assignment but I don't think it's right... actually, no, I KNOW it's not right. lol So, if someone can just help me out by telling me what I'm doing wrong and also show me how I am supposed to put the survey results into separate text files (???) I will be FOREVER grateful and I will give you tons of great feedback! =) Thanks sooo much!!!
Assignment:
Case Project 9-5
Create a web page that stores airline surveys in a MySQL database. Include fields for the date and time of the flight, flight number, and so on. Also, include groups of radio buttons that allow the user to rate the airline on the following criteria:
-Friendliness of customer staff
-Space for luggage storage
-Comfort of seating
-Cleanliness of aircraft
-Noise level of aircraft
The radio buttons for each question should consist of the following options: No Opinion, Poor, Fair, Good and Excellent. Separate text files should store the results of a single survey. Include a View Past Survey Results button on the main survey page that displays a list of past survey results.Attachments:Surveys.zip (3K)
