Q:12- An airplane with an air speed of 200 km/h (i.e. its speed in still air) flies in a direction such that with a 50 km/h west wind blowing, it travels in a straight line northward. (wind direction is specified by the direction from which the wind blows, so a west wind blows from west to east.) A) What is the speed of the plane along its straight line path? B) What is the planes heading (angle between direction of the plane and its straight line resulting direction) in order to fly this route.
